ZenAnalytics Global provides high-level global analytics and consulting services intended for professional market research and strategic planning. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view materials and interact with data hubs provided they do not attempt to bypass security protocols or scrape data without explicit written consent.

Prohibited actions include any form of reverse engineering of our proprietary intelligence models, unauthorized distribution of gated reports, or using our systems to facilitate market manipulation.

All content, including but not limited to text, data visualization frameworks, proprietary intelligence methodologies, and brand assets, is the exclusive property of ZenAnalytics Global.

Individual market reports may carry different licensing terms (e.g., Single User vs. Enterprise License). Those specific terms supersede these general conditions for the duration of the license term. Unauthorized reproduction of our datasets is strictly prohibited and protected by international copyright law.

ZenAnalytics Global operates out of our Kyoto facility and adheres to Japanese business regulations. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be settled in the Kyoto District Court.

We comply with international trade sanctions and anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user found to be in violation of global compliance standards or those residing in jurisdictions where our services are restricted by law.
